The quality of the boxes have declined over the last year. The number of items received have gone down as well. If you would price comprable, and sometimes the exact same item on Amazon, you can usually get it for about $5 less. Especially if you were buying outside of the United States. the customer service is quick and their responses are generally favorable towards the consumer, however my last month’s box was shipped not once, but twice with broken glass in it. At $44 a month Canadian it is much cheaper for me to buy these items on Amazon and get them quicker. I am usually built on the 6th day of the month, the item does not usually ship until the 19th and then I receive it the second or third of the following month.
