Actually amazing how gaslighting thre customer service is without trying to be. Fun fact asking someone if there’s anything else you can help them with when you haven’t even helped them with the first thing, WILL cause you to combust on thr spot. Customer service can’t even read let alone type.
I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I pre-ordered 6 pops back in June 2018. It has been nonstop disappointment. Lack of communication, unable to contact anyone who can actually help me, and refusal to send products despite payment to name just a few of the frustrations. I am still missing my 6th pop despite being on the pre-order list. Out of the 5 pops I did receive, it took months to get them and 4 of them arrived damaged. I am still trying to get a refund for the pop they refuse to send. Do not buy pops from them. It is not worth your time just to save maybe a few bucks.
I submitted an order in December 2017 and the order was just fulfilled in July AFTER I moved and therefore had a different shipping address. This happened two weeks after moving. I immediately attempted to change the shipping address with the customer service team once I received notification the item was shipped, but the team was unable to change the shipping address. Even with mail forwarding through USPS, the item was not forwarded to me and is now on its way back to the sender. My frustration lies with the continual lack of help and consideration from the customer service team and the run around answers they keep giving. Additionally, I asked for a phone number to attempt tp resolve the issue over the phone but they refused to give me a number. What type of company doesn’t want to talk to customers over the phone?
