Walmart Beauty Box brings you lovely assortments of seasonal beauty product samples from the best brands available at Walmart. Along with the samples, you get great tips, which allow you to let your beauty shine more than ever. The content of the box is always a pleasant surprise and the number of samples per box may vary.
The product samples in your boxes are selected in accordance with the beauty profile you fill out when you subscribe. Everything is carefully chosen in order to perfectly suit your age, ethnicity, style, hair type, hair color, skin type, and other unique qualities and preferences.
Walmart Beauty Boxes are delivered seasonally, one box per season. They are shipped every March, June, September, and December. The price is truly surprising – the boxes are actually free. You can also give Walmart Beauty Box as a gift. For only $20, you can provide someone with a yearly subscription. The boxes are ok. However, their customer service isn’t great. I changed my address on their website and they mailed the new box to my corrected address, and the following one went back to my old address! Then, somehow I was charged 798.00 for my next book, not 7.98! I corrected that one pronto via my bank. Customer service is in shambles. It’s June and I think if I get the summer box at all, it won’t show up til next month.
Dont order this box, i ordered 2 boxes and they only sent 1. but they charged for 2 boxes. I emailed them multiple times but they never sent the second box. Complete fraud
The Walmart Beauty Box customer service is horrible. I was a subscriber tut noticed two charges on my account and only received 1 box. After back and forth with customer service, I was told it is my fault, I must pay even though I did not want a second box nor ordered it. I will never ever use this subscription service again. And by the way, all the send is junk no one would want.
Ugh! I used to love it when it was $5 but now that the prices have raised; the products have gotten so much worse! The box I received today had nothing to do with me. I have curly hair and received a smoothing set for straight hair, men’s shave cream, listerine tabs (I’m a severe asthmatic) a lipstick in hot pink, and a teeny tiny sunscreen that I kept for emergencies. I gave away all but 1 product. If you’re going to charge a premium price, at least pay attention to people’s profiles. I’m canceling future boxes.
Just ordered before reading REVIEWS. HOPE that I did not make a mistake. O god! Can anyone be honest these days. Fingers crossed. I’ll retract if i need to after awaited box. Fingers crossed. Toes crossed……

4/22/20 – Received an email about my Winter 2020 Walmart BB to review the items in it. I have not received that BB. Looked, was charged 2 months ago. When I do the tracking, it says “Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item

So where is my box? Why was I charged 2 months prior? I don’t get this “subscription service” that charges us and never delivers.
I’ve been a subscriber for close to 2 years now. At first it was great and a bargain for only $5, four times a year; however, the last two I’ve got were no bargain. I didn’t get my summer box until the last week of July! All I got was samples of masks, a whitening kit, hair conditioning sample. When you show pictures of your boxes it seems I don’t get all of them. If you are running out of items, I think its about time I’m moved closer to the top!
I have been subscribed to the Walmart Beauty Box since March 2016. It started out great – boxes came on time and card was charged only when a boxed was shipped. However, almost 1 1/2 year later, it has gone downhill. I added a subscription for my sister to my account and the shipment of boxes got a little wonky. My card was charged and boxes were not shipped for 2-3 months. My sister moved and I updated her address however they still shipped to her old address. Emailed their customer service and asked why it was shipped there when the address had been updated. My card was charged this past March for my sister’s “Winter 2018” box BUT NO BOX HAS BEEN SHIPPED and here we are the beginning of May. But where is my box and my charge for my box? I emailed customer service to ask them – 1) Why was my card charged when no box has been shipped 2) where is my “winter 2018” box 3) the last box received is the Autumn 2017 box and according to their FAQ on their website they are shipping out Spring boxes so WHERE THE HECK IS THE WINTER 2017 BOX?? Of course, I have not received a response so I sent a follow up request asking them – IS MY REQUEST BEING IGNORED OR IS IT JUST POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
